我在老人合唱團裡雖然是擔任琴手但遇到我喜愛的歌我也會跟人家大聲唱起來 ,the glory of love 這首歌就是我很愛的一首 ,主要是它的歌詞很能在黑暗的日子給人家一點振奮....這就是人生嘛 !!!給一點拿一點 ,笑一下哭一下 ,等一下跑一下 ,贏一下輸一下 ....這就是人生嘛 !!!
這首歌是出現在電影beaches 裡 ,(發好長音喔!!不然會變成必區喔!!)電影敘述兩個家境截然不同的小女孩在渡假海灘相遇 ,繼而成為好朋友 ,然後一直保持書信往來到成年 ,富家女結婚 ,生女 ,離婚後罹患絕症 ,寫信給已經在秀場成名的朋友 (bette midler演的 )相約再到海灘渡假 ....最後把女兒託給摯友而去世 .
